Add the tequila, lime juice and triple sec to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a margarita or rocks glass, over ice for a twist.

Float the Mimosa on top by slowly pouring it over the back of a bar spoon so it pools on the surface of the drink. Garnish with a lime wheel or orange Slice and Pink Rock Salt.
